Outfit

I'm wearing a vintage leather fringe jacket, a sweater from H&M, black leggings from DEPT, boots from ASOS and jewelry from Zoppini and Fashionology.

I received 2 'Beautiful Blogger' awards; from Glamour Bbey. and from Unwritten. Thank you girls!!

1. It's getting harder and harder to write down seven new facts about myself =)

2. If have so many outfits I wanna show you, but so little time!! Very frustrating!!

3. I think it's hard to find good presents for someone else, especially for my bf! It takes days!

4. I'm really good in buying presents for myself though =)

5. I found a new thing to keep me even more busy; making illustrations of my outfits. Maybe I'll post some later.

6. I'm back to my old habit; shopping too much.

I guess old habits never die...

7. I'm going to Barcelona in March!! Wooooeh!! Can't wait!!

MISS ILFN 2010

Last monday was the big day: the miss ILFN show!!

We started early that day for rehearsals, hair & make up and so on. Model / it-girl / nice lady Josh Veldhuizen coached us.

We had to show 3 River Island looks on the catwalk; daily wear, MJ inspired and party wear.

To be honest... I sucked on the catwalk haha!! I thought I was smiling, but the pictures showed me I looked really strained!!

MJ inspired

For the MJ inspired look we had to customize a MJ shirt; I made it smaller, sewed a zipper in the side, rolled up the sleeves with a silver fabric, put some shoulderpads in it and ripped the collar in a V. I'll post some pictures of the MJ shirt later.

I was in so much pain the last 2 rounds, because my shoes were to small. I thought my bones would crack and my feet would die in those shoes. Yes, I've learned my lesson and won't ever do that again!

We had to change outfits in like 2 minutes... Sometimes I even had 3 dressers helping me to get in and out the outfits haha it was quite hectic!!

The big winner was Andy, she really impressed me too!! What a fabulous woman, she looked stunning and she walked like a real supermodel!! She totally deserved to win!!

Number two was Jessica, I liked what she did with her MJ shirt. A lot of people don't understand why she got the second prize though...


Ilse collected 60 big bags full of clothes for charity and won the third prize.
